This is a trial version of “Wavy” software to support sequence creation and execution of Kikusui Electronics power and load devices. This trial version can be tried out for 3 weeks from the time of startup (there are no functional limitations other than the usage period).
*The other Wavy trial versions will not be able to be run on the PC after 3 weeks have passed after running the Wavy trial version.
*If you are unable to run the application, please try running it with administrator privileges.

- Kikusui Electronics Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) grants you the following rights with respect to the software and related materials (hereinafter referred to as “the Software”) that are made available for download upon acceptance of this License Agreement. (a) You may use the Software for the purpose of using our products corresponding to the Software. (b) You may copy the Software and use it on one or more computers.
- >Any files created as a result of using the Software in accordance with the stated purpose become your copyrighted work.
- Copyright The copyright of this software and its copies are held by the Company or by parties authorized by the Company, and is protected by the Copyright Act of Japan and international treaties. Any copy of the software made by the customer under this license agreement must bear the same copyright notice as the one attached to the downloaded software.
- Prohibitions (a) If the Software is provided as source code, you may not distribute modified versions of the Software to any third party. (b) If the Software is provided in binary form, you may not reverse engineer the Software.
- The Company does not warrant that the Software will be suitable or useful for your particular purpose, that the Software is free from defects, or any other warranty of any kind with respect to the Software.
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages to business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other monetary damages) arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
- >Termination of the Agreement If the customer violates this license agreement, the Company may terminate this license agreement. If such a case arises, the customer shall cease use of this software.

- Downloading and installing the software is the sole responsibility of the user.
